Classic Mexican street corn, aka elote, is made with an ear of corn that’s covered with mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and spices, like garlic and chili powder. To bring those elements into a dip, Sabra combined Mexican-grown Hass avocados, sweet corn, poblano pepper, onion, tomato, jalapeño pepper, salt, garlic, lime, chipotle powder, and a few other ingredients.

“Dip it, spread it, spoon it, enjoy it with anything and everything you love to eat,” Caitlin Mahler, brand manager at Sabra, said in a press release. “We’re thrilled to bring this refreshing flavor to the table for fans of Mexican street corn and guacamole.”

The Mexican Street Corn-Inspired Guacamole is vegan, gluten-free, and kosher, just like all Sabra guacamole. It’s rolling out nationwide now in 16-ounce containers with a resealable lid. You’ll be able to find it in the deli section of grocery stores near other Sabra products and, more specifically, at Walmart and online beginning May 10. Let the dipping begin!
