- Booker-- my goodness, from the logo, and he still knocks it down.

JARED QUAY: Everyone in the bubble is feeling the heat, and it's coming from the Suns. Phoenix is 6 and 0 in the bubble and now has a shot to make the NBA playoffs thanks to the hot hand of Devin Booker.

- The deep 3. And why not?

JARED QUAY: D. Book scored 35 points in just 29 minutes yesterday. He's averaging 30 points on 50% shooting from the field since being bubblized.

- Outstanding.

JARED QUAY: And you know a team ain't used to being good when they change their Twitter handle after six wins. They haven't done that since 2014. So you know what? Get your shine on.

Now the Portland Trail Blazers are also trying for that eighth playoff seed, and their star's throwing flames too. Damian Lillard is like the Jon Snow of the NBA. He spends season after season improving his game.

KOBE BRYANT: He's serious, and he's not afraid of anything.

JARED QUAY: He's busy as hell achieving hero status.

- Lillard-- long range 3 and it's good! Damian Lillard! Are you kidding me?

JARED QUAY: And then he [BLEEP] up just one time.

- Missed them both.

- And everybody's coming after him.

[SHOUTING]

So now Dame's fending off the grand joys on the sidelines.

DAMIAN LILLARD: Patrick Beverley who?

- What is he doing?

DAMIAN LILLARD: I sent him home before at the end of a game.

JARED QUAY: And slammed the Night King on Twitter.

- He's good.

JARED QUAY: But at the end of the day, just like Jon, Dame went with the mantra that the best defense is actually offense. Which is why Dame then dropped 51 points to quiet the haters.

- He's working. Damian Lillard. Give me 51.

JARED QUAY: Dame time is coming, y'all. But college football is not. College football is in serious danger of not happening, guys.

- Yeah, I saw that coming.

JARED QUAY: The Mountain West Conference is the latest snowflake to join the cancel culture of college football due to COVID-19. And they will not be the last.

- Just kidding.

JARED QUAY: And this comes after a united front of power five players blitzed Twitter with an epic call for a players union and to salvage the season. So let me get this right. First, players and their families are worried about health risks. But then the NCAA was like, nah, nah, we playing.

Then the players are like, all right, all right. But how about you up our health benefits and hoop us up with a safe NBA bubble-type thing? But then a conferences were like, uh, basically what happened was, uh, at the end of the day, I mean, we need to play, but we don't-- you know what man? Can y'all just work for free?

Can y'all do what y'all have been doing? Can we just-- can we get a free label? We just want to get a million dollars [INAUDIBLE].
