After years of pop-ups and direct-to-consumer sales from their website, Sarah Flint, the popular shoe brand worn by celebrities like Lady Gaga, Amal Clooney, Cindy Crawford, and even the Duchess of Sussex, is finally getting its first permanent retail location.

This week, they opened the doors of a new store in Nashville, Tennessee. "I’m so thrilled to have opened our first storefront in Nashville!" Flint tells Town & Country. "I fell in love with Nashville, and all that the city has to offer, when I visited my youngest sister at Vanderbilt. We’ve done pop-ups in New York, Washington D.C., and Dallas, and I’m so excited to establish this permanent spot in Nashville. I can’t wait to see what the Nashville customer is like and to share the Sarah Flint store experience with a new market."

The shop, which is decorated in shades of blue, is modeled after Sarah’s own living room, and located just next to Nordstrom in the Green Hills Mall. The space also features furnishings from other women-founded and -run brands including Oomph (furniture), Royal Copenhagen (fine China), and Annie Selke (rugs).

Flint launched her eponymous business in 2013, and saw significant success after Meghan Markle wore one of the brand's signature styles—the Natalie Flat—in her first public appearance with Prince Harry.

"As Meghan had been a fan of the brand for so long, I don't think I really understand the gravity of the change, and the spotlight that was on her," Flint previously told T&C. "So, of course I was excited, but had I understood the gravity at the time, I would have been even more excited."
