Rita Ora just shared a small glimpse of her workout routine in a new IG story. The 31-year-old "Follow Me" singer reposted a clip from trainer Wade Farmer that shows Rita putting in some serious work. Her workout consisted of dip support crunches, bridge tricep extensions, a ten-minute amrap (a.k.a. as many reps as possible), and more.

Rita captioned the story, "Everyday!!!"

When she's not training with Farmer, she usually gets her workouts in with personal trainer Jono Castano. If you want abs like Rita, Jono revealed in an interview with the Daily Mail that the two often focus on different parts of the body throughout the week. "...we might focus on HIIT cardio training in the first half of the week, then core and upper body in the middle, and lower body at the end," Castano said.

But if you want to know tips straight from the source, Rita has always been transparent about her fitness routine. She's actually a big fan of circuit training.

In a 2017 interview with Shape she said, "I do circuit training. I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have. I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio."

Rita also sticks to a nutritious diet. For breakfast, she goes for boiled eggs, veggies, and muesli with almond milk. But for lunch and dinner time, she stacks up on protein by eating lean meats and veggies.

She told Shape," I didn't start working out to get skinnier. I started working out to feel better. And I think it's important for women to know that. Don't be obsessed with being thin. You just have to be fit, healthy, and strong."

Rita has always been outspoken about confidence and body positivity. "You have to come to terms with loving your body. Stand naked in front of the mirror and say, 'I'm fucking sexy.' That's where it starts." she told Cosmopolitan.

We love a body-positive queen.
