  • Rita Ora just posted the fiercest Instagram photo dump you ever did see.

  • In the snaps, the 31-year-old pop star is wearing a sparkly two-piece bathing suit that features a string bikini bottom. And wow—her super sculpted legs, arms, and abs look beyond strong!

  • So how exactly does Rita stay in such fine shape? Regular circuit training sessions!

Rita Ora celebrated the holidays in the best way possible—looking absolutely 🔥 in the fiercest sparkly swimsuit you ever did see. The 31-year-old pop star recently posted a photo dump on Instagram with the caption, “Merry Christmas 🎄 I love you ❤️.” In the snaps, Rita is wearing a two-piece number I will refrain from calling a tankini because of the cringe-worthy middle-school-era Limited Too memories that evokes. Fashion traumas aside, I believe this glittery number would fall into that category.

The suit features a string bikini bottom and a halter top with brassy orange sequins that show off the singer’s shoulder and back muscles. And the last slide is a few bottles of Próspero, confirming what I already suspected. Rita can hang. (ICYMI: Rita is the chief creative partner and a shareholder of the tequila brand.)

Fans and A-list friends were quick to dole out compliments for the pop star and—let’s be honest—who wouldn’t!? Model Duckie Thot wrote, “🥺 love you more.” Her sister Elena Ora said, “You better give it to them!!” While DJ Sam Feldt responded with a simple, “Merry Christmas! 😍👏.”

The star’s strong abs, arms, and legs were definitely in full view. And luckily for followers, Rita is happy to share all the fitness deets and often posts fitness photos and videos. She works with personal trainer Jono Castano, who shared more about his workout ideology with the Daily Mail. “My philosophy requires recommending a combination of workouts comprising HIIT, stretching, and recovery. It's important to ensure I hit each of the three areas for a rounded fitness and wellness plan,” Castano said. “For example, with Rita, we might focus on HIIT cardio training in the first half of the week, then core and upper body in the middle, and lower body at the end.”

Castano, who often shares the “Poison” singer on his own IG page, certainly likes to keep Rita on her toes. Here she is doing weighted knee-ups:

And then there’s this absolutely killer combo of leg raises, hanging dumbbell holds, and hamster wheels:

Beyond everything she does with Castano, Rita also circuit trains regularly. “I do circuit training. I usually work out for one or two hours—depending on how much time I have I do three circuits and repeat that three times,” she told Shape. “I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio.”

“What I've learned is that you can take your time with training,” she continued. “You don't have to beat yourself up as long as you get in the workouts that you need. I used to push myself until I felt sick. But I'm approaching it differently now. I enjoy working out. And I like the aftermath—that feeling of contentment.”

Even when Rita is on the road, she makes sure to still get a workout in—even if it’s something super quick. Love to see the commitment!

As for her diet, Rita focuses on eating well: She avoids bread and sugar and keeps to a balanced diet. Breakfast might include boiled eggs, veggies, and some muesli with almond milk, followed by chicken or fish and more veggies with half a potato on the side for lunch and dinner.

You go, girl!
