Riley Keough, star of Daisy Jones & the Six, is returning her sweet 1920s Tudor-style home in LA’s Atwater Village to the market after six years of ownership, according to Robb Report. The actor has listed the compact two-bed, two-bath dwelling for a hair under $1.6 million. Keough, along with her husband, stuntman and actor Ben Smith-Petersen, paid $1.3 million for the pad when they bought it in February 2018.
A densely landscaped courtyard leads up to the home’s charcoal stucco façade, which is brightened by a sage green front door. The 1,191-square-foot home was built in 1927 and features a warm, muted palette and modern yet timeless touches that allow the dwelling’s historic details—including coved ceilings, hardwood floors, and casement windows—to shine.
Upon entry, a cozy living room with a bench seat beneath a picture window is situated to the left, while a sunny dining room and kitchen are to the right. The latter features butcher block counters, a white subway tile backsplash, and vintage-style dark wood cabinetry with dainty silver knobs. Tucked into the back of the house, both bedrooms have French door access to the backyard, which features fruit trees, an alfresco dining setup, a fire pit, and an infrared sauna. The primary suite also boasts an ensuite bathroom with a generously sized bathtub.
The attic, up a cheerfully wallpapered staircase alcove (complete with slick built-in storage), hosts a daybed, another window seat, and space for an office or artist studio.
Keough, who is the eldest grandchild of Elvis and Priscilla Presley, became the sole owner of Graceland when her mother, Lisa Marie Presley, passed away last year. The Runaways actor and her husband met while filming Mad Max: Fury Road in 2015. It seems the couple have relocated to somewhere in Calabasas: “After my mom died, I needed to be close to my sisters,” Keough told Vanity Fair in August 2023.
Todd Bachenheimer and Sherri Rogers of Compass hold the listing.
