Rihanna Wore No Top, an Open Trench, and a Microskirt for Date With A$AP Rocky

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky remained in New York City in the days following the Met Gala and were photographed grabbing dinner at hotspot Carbone last night. Rihanna brought out her statement maternity style in full force once more, pairing an Acne Studios trench coat (closed only at the very top) with a Prada miniskirt, Amina Muaddi shoes, and a Miu Miu bag. She wore her hair up for the occasion. While she opted for dark tones, Rocky brought the color in a red plaid top and blue jacket worn over a white tee and light-wash jeans.

Rihanna hasn't disclosed when she is due with her second child. She opened up a little to Entertainment Tonight about her second pregnancy during the Met Gal red carpet. “It's so different from the first one,” she said. “No cravings. Tons of nausea. Everything's different, but I'm enjoying it. I feel good. I feel energetic.”

Of her maternity style, Rihanna told Bustle in March 2022 while pregnant with her first child that she was aiming to be “maybe…rebellious” with her outfits. “When I saw women dress during their pregnancy [in the past], I’d think that that was the only way,” she said. “So I challenged myself to push it further and really just have fun with [maternity style]. Because there’s nothing more fun than a challenge for me. Like that’s where I get creative. That’s where I’m forced to come up with new ideas and new ways to make it work.”
