Rihanna Secretly Wore Fenty Beauty's Holiday Collection to 3 Red Carpet Events
Chances are, when Rihanna steps onto a red carpet, she's probably hiding a secret Fenty Beauty product in her makeup look. The singer-turned-beauty-mogul has been known to secretly show off her new products long before they're available to the public, and trying to figure out what it might be has become a sort of "Where's Waldo" of the beauty world. On Friday, Rih's longtime makeup artist, Priscilla Ono, revealed three times Ri wore products from Fenty's new holiday collection before they were released — and Fenty stans should pat themselves on the back over the fact that they totally called it.
On her Instagram Stories, Priscilla explained that, in June, she complemented Rihanna's plum Givenchy dress at the Ocean's 8 premiere with swipes of her Metallic Eye and Lip Crayon on her eyes and lips in Frost Money and Smokin' Purp. In September, Priscilla paired Rihanna's lacy look for the Diamond Ball with a bronze, metallic lip that turned out to be Fenty's Frosted Metallic Lipstick in Frost $auce, and complemented her head-to-toe snakeskin look with the same product in Fog Snog at an event in Sydney on October 3.
These are hardly the first instances that Rihanna has pulled one over on us by wearing unreleased Fenty out in public. At the 2017 Met Gala, she wore Killawatt Highlighter months before Fenty had even launched, and showed off her Moroccan Spice Eyeshadow Palette in the "Wild Thoughts" video while none of us were the wiser... and likely a whole lot of other times she hasn't told us about.
