Rihanna Just Won the Red Carpet at the British Fashion Awards

Rihanna can truly do no wrong when it comes to red carpet fashion, and her latest look, of course, is no exception. The 31-year-old Fenty Beauty founder just stepped out in London at the 2019 British Fashion Awards looking like the goddess that she is in a mint-green, fully monochrome getup that no one will soon forget.

The ensemble in question consists of a satin mini dress and matching gloves, stilettos, and a shawl. As if that wasn't dreamy enough, she added diamond earrings and a choker necklace into the mix, too. What's more: From the back, you can see that her dress is attached to her shawl with diamonds, which adds a whole new element of glamour to the look. In fact, people are already comparing Rih's princess look to Cinderella, and we'd be lying if we didn't see the similarity, too.

As for her beauty beat, the designer wore her hair in a stunning half-up braided style — Fulani braids, to be exact — and fans went wild for it. One fan tweeted, "I didn't know I needed Rihanna in Fulani Braids...but now I wonder how I survived without it😍😍😍," while another added, "Ah the Fulani braids Rihanna has look so good on her 🤤." It's been a hot minute since the multi-hyphenate star has worn braids on the red carpet, and it's safe to say folks are living for it (ourselves included).

As for her makeup, she kept it fairly minimal with a glossy nude lip, a subtle contour, and a cat-eye that appears to have been done with shadow for a softer finish. Additionally, she amped her lashes with tons of mascara and falsies for an ultra-flirty effect.

This was an especially exciting year for Rihanna to attend the British Fashion Awards, as she was a nominee in the Urban Luxe category for her LVMH label Fenty. To complete her outfit, Rihanna wore the Fenty Date Night heels from her own line, which retail for a casual $690.
