Rihanna and A$AP Rocky Were Spotted Kissing in Barbados

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky may have just confirmed their relationship with a kiss after the couple was photographed showing PDA on a boat in Barbados.

The twosome first sparked dating rumors back in November when they were spotted out together in New York City with a group of friends. At the time, there was no evidence to suggest Rihanna and A$AP Rocky were anything more than just friends. After all, the pair have been pals for a long time and have even hit red carpets—like 2019’s The Fashion Awards in London—together.

"They have always had amazing chemistry and Rihanna relates to A$AP and it feels natural, easy and fun," a source told Entertainment Tonight in November. "She feels very comfortable around him since they’ve known each other for such a long time and also feels a connection to him because his dad is from Barbados."

For weeks, reports suggested Rihanna and A$AP Rocky's friendship was definitely more. Then, she invited him to spend the holidays in Barbados with her family, which seemed like definite proof that things were getting serious. "Spending Christmas together was an obvious step for Rihanna and A$AP," another source told ET.

“They've known each other for so long as friends and in a work setting, which makes it so easy for them to get along, travel together, and be involved in each other’s lives to the full extent," the source continued. "They always have such a good time together and definitely seem in love."

Now, the photos basically confirm what everyone already knew. Images of the pair on a yacht seemingly show Rihanna holding A$AP Rocky by the waist while others show the rapper affectionately placing his hand on her shoulder. You can also see photos of them kissing over at The Daily Mail.

It seems this romance has been a long time coming. Their obvious chemistry and flirtatiousness, as seen in an adorable video of them released in August 2020, was very telling. Us Weekly sources also said A$AP Rocky has wanted to date RiRi “for years.” Looks like he got his wish.
