Still hungry? Enjoy.
Listen, we're not here to judge if you're planning to eat out before, after, or instead of a homemade Thanksgiving meal. In case you're flirting with any of those options, we've got you covered. You'll want to call ahead to your closest location-yes, for all of these places!-to be sure they're not closing early or have altered hours, but for the most part, you should be good to go at any of these places. Enjoy! See you at the mall on Friday.
Rail-02: With technology becoming more advanced and implementing it becoming cheaper, the $15 an hour minimum wage for unskilled labor will eliminate unskilled labor jobs. Minimum wage jobs aren't meant to be a career, they are meant to be a way for people to either enter the workforce, tie them over between other jobs or to allow for a family to have a flexible second source of income. Even in AL, where the starting wage is low, there are order it yourself kiosks in fast food places and self check out aisles at the supermarkets. Raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour isn't going to solve the problem of people living in poverty. What will solve it is enforcing immigration laws, making schools educate students rather than teach them to pass exams, advocating for a return to traditional family values, reducing needless over regulation (Berkley just passed a ban on Natural Gas for new construction) and promoting hard work as a desirable quality over the ability to perform.
