I'd like to preface all of this by saying there is absolutely nothing wrong with being single come February 14, but if you happen to want a unique dining experience, this London pop-up might be for you. Solo diners will be seated in front of a mirror, so they can practice self love on Valentine's Day.

This may sound strange, but this restaurant pop-up is all in the hopes of promoting a different kind of love—self love—on the day that most people think is all about couples. The idea for the pop-up came from a Mittel survey that found that one in three people in the UK dine alone regularly, Huff Post reported.

While the pop-up, called Two4One, will have mirrors for single patrons with feel good music playing and motivation quotes displayed, there is one tiny plot twist. Before the last course of the three-course meal is brought out, the mirrors will be removed to reveal that someone else has also been eating alone on the other side of it. Then, the two people will decide if they want to pay for the check separately, or split the bill for a two for one discount. So even if the person on the other side isn't soulmate material (but who knows!), you could still get a great meal on the cheap out of the whole ordeal.

Two4One will be open on February 13 and February 14 from 7p.m. to 9p.m. so spots are limited. Those that want to try out the unique dining experience can pay £20 up front to reserve a spot through Eventbrite. Better yet, all proceeds will be donated to Mary's Meals, an organization that provides school lunches to students struggling with food insecurity. What a fresh new way to ~spread the love~ this Valentine's Day.
