Report: Richie Incognito not expected to face punishment for racial slur allegation
Bills offensive lineman Richie Incognito is expected to avoid punishment from the NFL after being accused of using racial slurs during a game, Vic Carucci of the Buffalo News reports.

Incognito allegedly used racial slurs during the Bills playoff game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Jan. 7. Jacksonville defensive tackle Yannick Ngakoue took to Twitter after the game to call out Incognito for his “weak racist slurs.”

ESPN reported later Monday that the NFL still intended to “review accusations” about Incognito in light of the Buffalo News report.
Incognito has a history of being involved with racial tension, serving an eight-game suspension in 2013 after a bullying scandal with the Miami Dolphins in which he was accused of using slurs against teammate Jonathan Martin, the aforementioned “64” in Ngakoue’s tweet.
A pariah after the controversy, Incognito didn’t find work in 2014 before the Bills took a chance, bringing back to the NFL in 2015.
Incognito’s teammate Dion Dawkins defended Incognito after Ngakoue’s accusation.
