No red carpet, no problem — at least such was the case for Regina King at last night's 2021 NAACP Image Awards. Ahead of the virtual ceremony, King set up her own photoshoot from home, wearing a custom Oscar de la Renta gown that was nothing short of spectacular.

The actress, who was nominated in three categories — Entertainer of the Year, Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series, and Outstanding Directing in a Motion Picture — showed off her jaw-dropping look from every angle on Instagram. Her taffeta copper-colored dress featured an asymmetrical hemline in the front, and in the back, an oversized bow cascaded down into a statement train.

She finished off her glamorous ensemble with a pair of Stuart Weitzman sandals and jewels from Irene Neuwirth.

In the beauty department, King kept it simple with only a smoky eye and nude lip, however, her multi-colored box braids stood out for expertly matching her dress. King credited natural hair specialist Angie Perrantes for the look.

In addition to King, other major wins for the night included Chadwick Boseman's posthumous award for his role in Ma Rainey's Black Bottom and Bridgerton star Regé-Jean Page taking home the first award of the evening for Best Actor in a Drama Series.
