The Kardashian-Jenner family are a tight-knit bunch, and we're used to seeing them doing, well, just about everything together. And with Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker's Italian wedding taking centre stage over the weekend, the whole family was out in force to celebrate.

Still, there were a few noticeable absences from the nuptials - including Kourtney's brother Rob Kardashian. Fans took to social media earlier in the week to point out some obvious holes in Kravis' guestlist, with Caitlyn Jenner, grandma MJ and Kris' boyfriend Corey Gamble all seeming to be missing.

As for Rob in particular, the reason why he skipped the wedding has now been revealed, and it makes a lot of sense.

Reality star and Arthur George founder, Rob, 35, has opted to stay relatively private in recent years. He rarely appears at public events and has chosen to stay out of his family's new TV show The Kardashians. So, it makes sense that Rob's reason for missing Kravis' wedding could also be to do with his desire to keep out of the limelight.

An insider told Page Six, "Rob prefers to stay out of the spotlight, so he would’ve been uncomfortable going to such a high-profile party even though it was for his sister." Still, they went on to add that Kourtney was "understanding" of Rob's decision not to attend, with another source revealing that Rob is keen to celebrate with Kourtney and Travis once they return to California from Italy.

As for the rest of Kravis' guestlist, we saw the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner siblings, Kim, Khloé, Kendall and Kylie, out in force to celebrate. Plus, mum Kris Jenner and Kourtney's three kids, Mason, 12, Penelope, nine, and Reign, seven, were all in attendance.

Here's hoping Rob will be able to join the celebrations soon!
