  • Reality Steve dropped the date for when The Bachelorette’s next season starts filming.

  • Psst: spoilers-ish below!

The Bachelorette is about to wrap up its 2020 season with Tayshia Adams and we’re just a few weeks away from Matt James’s season of The Bachelor. In other words, everyone’s fave franchise managed to get through the year in one piece! So...what are Bachelor Nation’s production plans heading into 2021?

Spoiler source Reality Steve dropped some hints about what we can expect in his new column, explaining that production for The Bachelorette’s 2021 season is expected to start in the spring—shortly after The Bachelor finishes airing.

“Tonight is the finale of officially the most different season this franchise has ever had,” Steve wrote. “First time they ever had to film a season all in one location, first time they ever had to replace a Bachelorette mid-season, first time not one picture got out of any date all season, etc. The list goes on. And then in a couple weeks, we run it back again as basically the same exact thing happens with Matt James’s season. Zero pictures got out of dates, a filming in one location all season, etc. And I’m guessing when the next ‘Bachelorette’ season starts filming in March, we’re looking at the same thing.”

So, yeah, two things to take note of here: (1) The Bachelorette starts filming in March, and (2) it’s likely going to go down at a resort again amid the pandemic. TBD which resort, but Steve implied it’d be somewhere brand-new, saying, “I was told this weekend of a resort that they might be filming at for Bachelorette season come next March. And no, it’s not La Quinta or Nemacolin. The resort I was told was neither of those.”

Guess all that’s left is finding out who’s gonna be our next Bachelorette after Matt’s season!
