Rankings: Who should pull an AB and force a trade?
Chris Simms and Tank Williams rank the figures who need out of their current situations and change teams.

TANK WILLIAMS: Now after AB be went from Verbal Kent to Keyser Soze and threw us all for loop, that got me thinking, like, which players, coaches, or people in the NFL should pull in AB and get out of their current situation to get into greener pastures? Now, number three on my list-- Jon Gruden. Now, that's your boy.
I know y'all go back like three rims on the Cadillac. But listen to me now. The Monday Night booth is looking pretty good right now. You have Tony Romo asking for $10 million.
You'll have all the stress of coaching. We had the Khalil Mack incident, Amari Cooper-- you traded both of those guys away. And you have to deal with all the AB dysfunction that has me and everyone else feeling like Stimpy of "Ren and Stimpy." What do you think?
CHRIS SIMMS: Well, I'll say this-- I mean, it's nice. You're right. It certainly would be an easier, less stressful life. But I know Gruden, OK? And he's a psycho-- and a psycho in a good way.
And he likes being King. And when he's head coach, he gets to be King. And everybody's got to listen to what he says. And if he does those other jobs, you know, it's a little bit more of a democracy.
He doesn't want that. He'd rather be King all day long, Tank. But-- but I hear you. It would be a little less stressful for sure.
TANK WILLIAMS: Now, I know he likes to be King, but I will admit that AB had him and all of us looking like the court jester. But we'll move on. We'll move on.
CHRIS SIMMS: You're right.
TANK WILLIAMS: We'll move on. Khalil Mack-- now, obviously, Khalil Mack was one of the dudes he traded. But I'm thinking Khalil Mack going to the New England Patriots. Then also too-- we talked about Ryan Pace. Ryan Pace drafted Mitch Trubisky over Patrick Mahomes and Deshaun Watson.
Now, he made a smart move in, like, pulling you over there from the Raiders. But then if you're gonna draft Trubisky over those two, I don't think he's gonna be able to do what it takes to get a win and go to the Super Bowl. Thoughts?
CHRIS SIMMS: You're crazy. You can't-- I mean, first off-- listen, Trubisky-- I'm with you. He's not Deshaun Watson or Patrick Mahomes. I don't like that we blame Trubisky for that either. You are right. And we should blame Ryan Pace.
But let's not forget. This D is still special. The offense still has a lot of stars on this team. I'm not just gonna give up on him in Week 1. And last year-- hey, Trubisky-- he gave them the chance to beat the Eagles in that-- in that Wild Card playoff game.
It wasn't his fault the damn field goal kicker couldn't hit it through the two yellow posts and did the old double doink. So I'm not giving up total hope yet on the fact that Mitchell Trubisky, with the right pieces around him, can be a winning quarterback, a team that takes a team-- a quarter-- team to the Super Bowl. I mean, Rex Grossman did it in Chicago. I think Mitch Trubisky can do it too.
TANK WILLIAMS: All right. When you throw out Sexy Rexy, and then you-- yeah.
CHRIS SIMMS: Yeah.
TANK WILLIAMS: So I guess yeah. OK. OK. Some solid points there. Now, number one, though-- Saquon Barkley to the Kansas City Chiefs. Now, hear me out. You know Eli's still rocking the Eli face.
He looked better this past weekend. But, I mean, you know, he's on the descent. Daniel Jones looked OK in the preseason. But he's not gonna be a Pat Mahomes. And when I think about it-- just imagine New England Patriots with Tom Brady, Josh Gordon, AB, Julian Edelman.
Now you have Saquon Barkley, Tyreek Hill when he gets healthy, Sammy Watkins. Can you imagine that offense going against each other-- both of those in the AFC Championship Game to go to the Super Bowl? Oh, my God!
CHRIS SIMMS: Oh. I mean, that would be fireworks galore. That would be unreal. I kind of hear you with the Saquon Barkley thing, OK? If anybody I'm a little scared about, like, a superstar-- and I think Saquon Barkley's the best running back in football.
He's unreal. He's like Barry Sanders with power and his football game. But I am afraid he's gonna get lost in the obscurity with the New York Giants over the next few years where, yeah, changing quarterback. They're changing their roster.
They're kind of building for the future, and that they won't be competitive, and that the whole nation's never gonna really get to see Saquon Barkley on the big stage of the playoffs or the Super Bowls. If he went to Kansas City, that wouldn't even be fair. You wouldn't be able to stop them. They would have-- you'd have-- New England-Kansas City AFC Championship Game would be, like, 70-69.
TANK WILLIAMS: Right?
CHRIS SIMMS: I don't think either defensive would each other.
TANK WILLIAMS: Absolutely. And that's one thing we learned-- that the running back careers are about that big. So for Saquon's sake, I would hope that he can get into an explosive offense and then show all of us that potential that we know he has.
