Has Queen Elizabeth EVER had pizza? Duchess Kate is positively stumped

This just in: Queen Elizabeth II, 92, may have never eaten pizza!

We know what you're thinking: What?! How can that be?! Well, the monarch may have actually had a slice of an ooey, gooey pizza pie, but if she has, Duchess Kate is unaware of it.

While making pizzas with adorable children Tuesday at King Henry's Walk Garden in Islington, Kate was asked if the queen has ever had a slice. The mother of three was genuinely stumped.

"You know, that’s a good question, I don’t know," she responded, as seen in video shared to Instagram by People magazine's Simon Perry. "I don't know. Maybe next time I see her, shall I ask?"

The queen's former personal chef Darren McGrady told CNN that food is not her focus.

"The queen's not really bothered about food," he said in 2017. "All she cares about are horses and dogs."

McGrady said she was "very disciplined" when it came to eating.

"She could have anything she wanted, but it is that discipline that keeps her so well and so healthy," he told the outlet.

As for Kate, it seems there's no need to worry about her, as she is actually on top of the whole pizza thing.

"I think they're some of the best things to make, pizzas at home," she told the children Tuesday. "They're such fun. You can choose what you put on them, all the different toppings,"

Maybe next time you make one, Kate, save a piece for the queen.
