Pueblo Community College offers pet first aid/CPR class

(PUEBLO, Colo.) — Pueblo Community College (PCC) will offer a pet first aid and CPR class on Saturday, April 27 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the PCC campus.

The pet first aid course developed by ProTrainings will be offered by Pueblo Corporate College, a division of PCC. Priced at $95, the course fee includes a certificate of completion for participants.

Created by veterinarians, the program focuses on emergency responses tailored to the specific breed, size, and age of dogs and cats. Although live animals will not be a part of the class, participants will have the opportunity to practice on “plush pets.” Class size is limited to 12 participants.
