The Property Brothers Have Their Hearts Set on Renovating Another Iconic TV House

The Property Brothers are flying high following the runaway success of A Very Brady Renovation, and with good reason. HGTV’s limited series documenting the joint effort between the original Brady Bunch kids and eight HGTV hosts to transform The Brady Bunch house into a replica of the 70s set was fascinating television.

So, what’s next for Drew and Jonathan Scott? The real-estate pro and contractor stopped by The Kelly Clarkson Show last week, and in addition to sharing some behind-the-scenes details about the Brady house renovation, the bros revealed that they currently have their sights set on another TV-famous house.

“We’re thinking next: The Golden Girls house,” Jonathan told Clarkson, eliciting a surge of applause from the audience.

“I will play Blanche!” Drew added.

Like the Brady house, The Golden Girls home doesn’t actually exist in real life—at least not like it does in the 80s sitcom. Though the show is set in Miami, exterior shots of Blanche’s house residence were actually filmed at 245 North Saltair Avenue in Los Angeles. The 2,901-square-foot private residence still stands today, and has an estimated value of $3 million. And unfortunately for the Scott brothers, it doesn’t appear to be on the market.

What a tease!
