Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi got married in a very low-key (you know...for royals) ceremony back in July, and three full months later she's finally chatting about it.

Taking it to Twitter, Beatrice spoke briefly about borrowing her grandmother the Queen's dress for the occasion, saying “It was an honour to wear my grandmother’s beautiful dress on my wedding day, I hope many of you are able to visit the exhibition which is still open at Windsor Castle.”

Truly not sure who wants to risk it all mid-pandemic to go stare at a dress, but it definitely looks pretty!

She also thanked everyone for sending congratulations: “Thank you to everyone who has sent in and tweeted their best wishes for our special day in July. Edo and I are so excited to embark on this new chapter together.”

As a reminder, it was initially thought that Beatrice and Edoardo would marry at the Chapel Royal, St James Palace in London and then have a reception at Buckingham Palace—but the pandemic changed their plans and they ended up having a small ceremony with just close family.
