Prince William & Kate Middleton Are Looking to Fill a Major New Role—Here’s How to Apply

We’ve always dreamed of dropping everything and moving across the pond to work with none other than Prince William and Kate Middleton. However, we never thought it could actually happen…until now.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s royal household just announced that there’s a vacancy on the couple’s team, and they’re looking to fill it ASAP. The job title is Senior Communications Officer. *Cue the oohs and ahhs*

The role is pretty expansive, since it spans content creation, social media management and public relations. Ideally, the royal family wants to hire someone who can not only manage their digital presence for both charitable and official duties, but who can also modernize their official website with new articles and updates.

According to the official job description, “Whether you’re covering a state visit, award ceremony or Royal engagement, you’ll make sure our digital channels consistently spark interest and reach a range of audiences. With an eye to the future, you’ll help hone and shape our digital communications through analytics, monitoring and exploring new technologies.”

It continued, “The reaction to our work is always high-profile, and so reputation and impact will be at the forefront of all you do. And having your work shared around the world will be the biggest reward.”

If you’re interested in applying, we highly recommend gathering your CV (resume to us Americans) as soon as possible, since the deadline is May 5.
