Prince William and Kate Middleton are urging the nation to “keep talking” about mental health, and we’re getting major Prince Harry vibes.

This week, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge joined a handful of famous celebs for the Mental Health Minute message—a BBC broadcast shared across the U.K. to mark the end of Mental Health Awareness Week. During the PSA, the royal couple, along with stars like David Beckham, singer Anne-Marie and Charles Dance, each spoke a line from a poem written by mental health activist Hussain Manawer.

The 38-year-old prince stated, “So, as we come to the end of this Mental Health Awareness Week, it would be great to keep talking.” Anne-Maire added, “To a loved one, friend or colleague—let's keep making the conversation accessible.” Middleton also spoke during the 60-second broadcast: “Because our mental health binds every single one of us together.”

Spreading mental health awareness is something that connects William to his younger brother, Prince Harry, who has also remained an activist on the issue. In fact, the Duke of Sussex and Oprah Winfrey have joined forces to create and produce a multi-part documentary series about mental health for Apple TV+, which is set to air later this month. Per a press release, the series “will focus on both mental illness and mental wellness, inspiring viewers to have an honest conversation about the challenges each of us faces, and how to equip ourselves with the tools to not simply survive, but to thrive.”

We love seeing these two brothers supporting the same cause, even when they're across the world from one another.
