Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Post New Photo of Archie to Wish Prince Charles a Happy Birthday

It may be Prince Charles’ birthday but little baby Archie appears to be the real star of today’s show.

Thursday marked the future King of England’s 71st birthday, and like any normal family, the entire Windsor brood took to social media to wish Charles well on his big day. But, perhaps no post was as special as the one Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle posted on Instagram.

For their birthday tribute to Charles, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex released a never-before-seen photo of Charles and their son, taken after Archie’s private christening earlier this year.

In the sweet black and white snapshot, Harry is seen holding his son and gazing down upon him. Prince Charles is just off to his right smiling at his newest grandchild. In the caption, the Duke and Duchess wrote, “Happy birthday to His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales - Sir, Pa, Grandpa!”

Not to be outdone, Prince William and Kate Middleton also used a portrait of Charles alongside their youngest child, Prince Louis, to mark Charles’ big day. In the photo, Kate holds on to Louis as he playfully grabs at his grandfather’s finger. The couple also added two more photos in their post, one featuring Charles and his two sons, and another of Charles seemingly giggling alongside William.

And lastly, the royal family’s official account also wished the Prince well with a recent portrait of Charles in a kilt celebrating somewhere in Scotland, alongside a photo of a newborn Prince Charles with his parents, Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip.

Truly, these posts and this much adoring admiration may be the only gift you can give a Prince who already has it all. Happy birthday, Prince Charles.
