From Town & Country

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may have declined the offer to present at the Oscars—but they don't need to fly to L.A. to mingle with the Hollywood elite. During Harry and Meghan's recent trip to Miami—where the Duke and Duchess gave a (reportedly paid) speech at a JP Morgan-sponsored summit—they spent some quality time with fellow A-list couple Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez.

The Sussexes were reportedly seated beside J.Lo and A-Rod for an event at Habitat, a restaurant at 1 Hotel South Beach, where the summit was held. "Harry and Meghan got on really well with Jennifer and Alex, and spent some time chatting with them over dinner," a witness told Page Six. "J.Lo was overheard inviting the couple and their baby Archie to her and Alex’s house in Miami to spend time with them and their kids."

Harry and Meghan will theoretically have more time to enjoy with friends, now that they've stepped back from their roles as senior royals. And according to a report from People, their new lifestyle is suiting them well. The family of three enjoy taking walks with their two dogs—a Beagle named Guy, and a Labrador whose name has yet to be revealed—around Vancouver Island, where they're reportedly staying in a $14 million mansion.

"They are enjoying living a quiet life," a source told People. "They go for long walks, they do yoga, and Meghan cooks. They are real homebodies who love to chill out with Archie and the dogs."

However, they're not done with their royal roles just yet: duty calls one last time. The Sussexes will travel to the UK in March to carry out a final round of royal engagements, after which they'll return to their new home in Canada.
