Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may be stepping back from all of their official royal duties, but they still have work to do.

In fact, following Saturday's announcement that the royal family has reached an agreement about Meghan and Harry's future, the Duke of Sussex is already returning to work. On Monday, January 19, Prince Harry will attend the UK-Africa Investment Summit where he will undertake private meetings with African leaders, a source confirms to BAZAAR.com.

Despite the fact that major changes are ahead for Harry and his family, the prince will carry on with his scheduled duties as planned.

On Saturday, the queen revealed in a statement:

"Following many months of conversations and more recent discussions, I am pleased that together we have found a constructive and supportive way forward for my grandson and his family.

Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be much loved members of the family.

I recognize the challenges they have experienced as a result of intense scrutiny over the last two years and support their wish for a more independent life.

I want to thank them for all their dedicated work across this country, the Commonwealth and beyond, and am particularly proud of how Meghan has so quickly become one of the family.

It is my whole family's hope that today's agreement allows them to start building a happy and peaceful new life."
