Prince Harry Made a Babysitting Joke After Meeting Prince George in 2013

Before Prince Harry was a father to baby Archie, he was (and still is) a doting uncle. And a funny one too, apparently.

According to author Angela Levin’s biography, “Harry: Conversations with the Prince,” the Duke of Sussex made a clever joke after meeting his first nephew, Prince George, for the first time in 2013.

According to The Express, she wrote, “The 28-year-old prince was talking about his newborn nephew a few days later while on a visit to a photographic exhibition in London documenting the work of Sentebale (one of Harry’s charities). He said he had to cuddle the baby prince who was ‘crying his eyes out’ when they met, how it was ‘fantastic to have another addition to the family’ and that ‘I only hope my brother knows how expensive my babysitting charges are’.” Pretty expensive, we’d imagine.

And when Harry and Meghan became parents this May, Prince William had some jokes of his own (of course).

"We are absolutely thrilled and looking forward to seeing him in the next few days when he's quietened down,” he said while speaking to the press. “I'm very pleased and glad to welcome my brother to the sleep deprivation society that is parenting! So we'll be looking forward to that."

We’re not sure which one is the king of dad jokes.
