- Prince Andrew reportedly let model and Bravo celebrity Caprice Bourret sit on Queen Elizabeth’s throne.
- Sources claim he also let her steal a decorative bowl from Buckingham Palace.
Monday isn’t even halfway over yet, and Prince Andrew is already taking another L this week. After months and months of reports surrounding his (alleged) shady-AF relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, an anonymous source delivered some info that will make you continue to wonder WTF is going on in that man’s mind.
According to a recent report from The Sun (grain of salt, y’all), Andrew was so keen on impressing model and former Bravo Ladies of London star Caprice Bourret that he basically let her have free reign of the palace. Apparently, they “went on a series of dates in 2000,” and at some point, Andrew let Caprice sit on his mother’s throne. Also, he reportedly let her steal from his own family.
“A source close to Caprice” explained, “He took her to Buckingham Palace twice, and on one occasion, she sat on the queen’s throne. She spotted a bowl she liked and asked Andrew if she could steal it and [mail] it to her mom. She claims that he let her and her mom loved it!”
But despite Andrew’s best efforts at wooing her with allegedly stolen goods and cushy chairs, he was always in the friend zone. The source added, “From her side, there was no chance of a snog—she didn’t fancy him. But as an American, she was thoroughly entertained at the notion he was a part of the Royal Family. Plus all the secretive rendezvous, although unnecessary, were a great family dinner conversation point.”
Also, she totally ghosted him. After they were “linked together in the press,” she “ran for the hills” and stopped calling him back because “he wasn’t her type and she found him quite dry.”
The palace hasn’t released a statement about these claims or the decorative bowl that went missing.
