BEST. DAY. EVER. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have finally said "I do" in their highly anticipated royal wedding. Our throats are hoarse, our mascara is streaming, and we couldn't be more excited. From Meghan Markle's refined Givenchy wedding dress to Prince Harry telling his bride how amazing she looks and the newlyweds first kiss on the steps of St. George's Chapel, this day brought us an endless list of iconic, romantic moments. Today also brings—drumroll please!—Brides' first ever digital cover! (Or should we say, covers.)
Since the royal wedding is basically our Super Bowl, we couldn't think of a better time to reveal our first ever Brides digital covers, starring none other than our princess, the new Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle. Because just one cover wouldn't do Meghan or this day justice, we've created six (!) digital covers that make us smile just as wide as Harry did when he first laid eyes on his bride.
The first features Meghan Markle as she arrived to St. George's Chapel. As she drove to the venue with her mother, Doria Ragland, the crowds were clamoring for their first glimpse at her wedding dress. The moment finally came when Meghan stepped out of the car to reveal her Givenchy wedding dress with graceful boat-neckline and three-quarter length sleeves. Wearing her hair in an updo that's reminiscent of her trademark messy bun, Meghan completed her wedding-day look with the Queen Mary Diamond Bandeau Tiara. It was a truly iconic moment that we just had to capture.
Mwah! We could just kiss our digital cover! After the ceremony concluded, the newlyweds exited St. George's Chapel to share their first kiss on the steps of the church. The crowds cheered as Meghan and Harry locked lips, and you could really feel the love between the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex. BRB, watching this moment on repeat for the rest of the afternoon.
Our third royal wedding digital cover is straight out of a fairytale. Following the ceremony, Meghan and Harry embarked on a Cinderella-esque carriage ride through the streets of Windsor in an Ascot Landau horse-drawn carriage. Looks like Meghan Markle has that royal wave down pat already!
And we couldn't resist memorializing every amazing moment, so you get three more to swoon over!
