Your Place or Mine fans are all saying the same thing about the rom-com

It's a hard, solid (and non-negotiable) fact that any film, series or creative endeavour that features Reese Witherspoon is obviously going to be good. That's why when Netflix's latest rom-com, Your Place or Mine dropped, we dropped everything we were doing to watch it there and then.

ICYMI, the new film stars Ashton Kutcher and the Legally Blonde star as two best friends, Debbie and Peter who are nothing alike. While Witherpsoon's character prefers routine and her LA life, Kutcher's character craves change while living in New York. Long story short, the pair swap houses for a week, only to realise that what they thought they wanted isn't actually what they need.

And after not even being on the streaming platform a day, it's already caused quite the stir online. Specifically that fans think it's really cute and they love it.

Taking to Twitter to gush over the new film, one viewer wrote: "Thanks Reese Witherspoon for Your Place or Mine, I lav it so much or I'm just a sucker for rom-com but ugh it’s been so long since a rom-com is this good. The cast choice? Genius. The playlists? Top notch. Just an all rounder!!"

A second agreed, also commending the Academy Award winner for her acting skills. "Geees @ReeseW can rom-com," they typed. "Enjoyed "Your Place or Mine" especially appreciated that it didn't take the obvious route and pit Debbie v Minka."

The Reese appreciation posts didn't stop there either, as another fan commented on how despite it's not the best film that's ever been made, the 46-year-old still shines.

"Your Place or Mine was cute. I mean the reviews aren't great but it's a typical rom-com movie and anything Reese Witherspoon is always good to watch," they typed, as a fourth fan enthused: "Alert Alert! new Netflix ROM-COM! with the best best best LEADS and CO LEADS for a movie like this! yeeehawwww!"

Your Place or Mine is now streaming on Netflix.
