This Pizza Spot Covers Its Pies With 2 Layers of Dill Pickles
Prepare for your mind to be blown, because your two favorite foods have come together to create the ultimate bite. QC Pizza in Mahtomedi, Minnesota has a Kinda Big Dill pizza on its menu, and the cheesy pie is covered in dill pickles.
The pizza dough is first topped by a garlic dill sauce (no tomato sauce!), then followed by homemade Canadian bacon, pickles, mozzarella cheese, and more pickles. It’s completed with a sprinkle of fresh dill on top. The out-of-the-box pie is cut into strips, as opposed to typical slices, and ta-da! Dig in.

You can get the Kinda Big Dill pizza in 12-inch and 16-inch pies. To make it more personalized to your taste, you can switch out the dough for a cauliflower crust, as well as switch out the Canadian bacon for another meat and play around with the toppings. Anything with pickles on it is a winner to us, so we’ll take a pie as-is, please!
