Pitch Perfect’s Brittany Snow Is Engaged: All the Details About Her Round Brilliant Ring
A ring that makes her want to sing. Pitch Perfect actress Brittany Snow announced her engagement to boyfriend Tyler Stanaland on Tuesday, February 19, accompanying her joyous life update with a slideshow featuring her sparkling new engagement ring.
According to Brilliant Earth, the piece is a 2.5 to 3 carat round brilliant diamond that is significant in quality. The piece is set on a platinum or white-gold band with the total estimated value between $40,000 to $80,000.
Snow’s ring is a more timeless option, according to the brand.

The actress, who enjoyed her engagement privately for a bit before sharing it with fans, decided to announce it via Instagram. “A couple weeks ago, I said ‘YES’ about a million times to the man of my wildest & most beautiful dreams,” Snow expressed. “After celebrating with friends and family, we wanted to let a few more friends (you guys) know… this happened. I’m still pinching myself and thanking my lucky stars for the truest feeling I’ve ever felt.”
“Thank you @tylerstanaland for the happiest day of my life,” she concluded. “[And] for not proposing in this creepy empty restaurant.”

Snow was previously linked to actor Tyler Hoechlin. “I’m very public about it for the first time in my life and that’s very strange to me,” she previously told Us Weekly of Stanaland. “I made a conscious decision —I’m very private and I made a conscious decision to, I don’t know, be less hard on myself… I keep things very to myself because I feel like the magic gets lost if you promote it too much, but I don’t know! When you’re in love … I just don’t want to think about it too much anymore.”
