Pink's Net Worth In 2023 Proves Her True Color May Just Be Green

The "TRUSTFALL" singer rakes in cash like nobody's business.

Pink's net worth has been accruing since she was a teenager.

The singer has come a long way from her roots as an R&B singer from the Philadelphia suburbs—and farther still from the image she cultivated at the time of being an anti-Britney Spears branded artist.

Pink largely stays in her lane career-wise, and though she may not get as much tabloid attention as other stars, she is one of the only artists of her pop generation to embark on a full-fledged stadium tour and get a ton of steady radio airplay—which is something almost unheard of, especially for a female pop star who Don Lemon would possibly consider past "her prime" in terms of age.

"With me, when you’re a certain age and a woman, they tell you that what you do doesn’t matter, really, anymore, so just do what you do," she told Billboard in February 2023. "And I’ve kind of always felt like that—at 16, I felt like that. But I don’t write songs for other people. I’m very narcissistic when it comes to songwriting, in a very pure way. I write what needs to be written for me, and if somebody else can relate to it, then that’s awesome. We’re all having this human experience, and we’re not all that different."

Except, well, most of us can't sell out Fenway Park or sing while we're on a trapeze. But that's part of Pink's charm!

How did Pink become famous?

Growing up in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, just outside of Philadelphia, Pink was a competitive gymnast from ages 4 to 12—a skill set that would serve her quite well in terms of her later career.

Pink began singing in various bands and groups in high school and was singing in local Philadelphia clubs when she was just 14 years old. The same year, she auditioned for her first girl group, called Basic Instinct, which disbanded before releasing any material.

She next joined an R&B trio called Choice; while they didn't release an album, their single "Key to My Heart" was featured on the soundtrack to Kazaam. Legendary record producer L.A. Reid heard the song and convinced Pink to go solo.

She was signed to LaFace Records and her debut album, Can't Take Me Home, bolstered by the success of her hit single "There You Go," was released in 2000. Her sophomore album, Missundaztood, was released in November 2001 to critical acclaim and huge sales, cementing her status as the pinkest pop princess there is.

Pink has sold more than 40 million albums and 50 million singles worldwide since the beginning of her career.
