Philadelphia’s New Cheesecake Crumble Cups Give You the Dessert Complete With Graham Pieces
Philadelphia is known for its cream cheese — and what do you make with cream cheese?Cheesecake. The brand has released ready-to-eat cheesecake products in the past, but it now has new Philadelphia Cheesecake Crumble dessert cups that are even more like the beloved slice.
Each snack pack has a cheesecake base made of cream cheese, sugar, and butter. They come with a separate compartment on top that holds the graham crumble to mimic a graham cracker crust, so it won’t get soggy before you’re ready to dive in. If you go with the Original, the deliciousness stops there, but the Strawberry option comes with a strawberry sauce to give you a little something extra to each bite.
The 6.6-ounce boxes come with two cheesecake dessert cups, which will come in handy in your refrigerator when you’re craving something sweet. Instagram account @foodiewiththebeasts recently found both varieties at Food Lion. The Strawberry one is listed on Instacart, indicating that it can be delivered from Kroger. Something tells us that it’s only a matter of time until it rolls out across grocery stores.
There isn’t a lot we can all agree on, but cheesecake has to be one of them, right? It’s one of those specialty desserts that you only eat on special occasions, so to incorporate more into our dessert routine is a real treat. One person commented on the Instagram photo saying that they should make chocolate-flavored ones, too. Ta-da! Another thing we can all absolutely agree on.
