Final round updates (all times Eastern)
8:42 p.m. ET: Morikawa tapped in for par on No. 18, finishing his day with a 6-under 64 to win the PGA Championship. The 23-year-old made his debut at the tournament this week, and was competing in just his second major championship ever.
8:34 p.m. ET: Dustin Johnson holed out for birdie on No. 16 to get back to 10-under. Scheffler made birdie there, too, after leaving his eagle putt just short to also get to 10-under.

Morikawa, however, drilled a massive drive on No. 16 and reached the green. He then sunk the putt for eagle to take a two shot lead with two holes left.
