."If I commit to seeing a movie in a theater, I’m in it till the credits scroll. Even if the movie is 'meh,' I enjoy the experience of being out with a friend and seeing a film on the big screen that others spent portions of their own lives to put together. I have never been so close to walking out of a film as I was watching Lady in the Water."

."La La Land. The only reason I hung around till the end was because there was a disabled guy in a wheelchair blocking my row. He was loving it and I didn’t want to disturb him. But I was in physical pain waiting for that damn film to end."

."Jurassic World Dominion — it was the first time I fell asleep in the theater."

."Robin Hood (2010). Hope you like mud and taxes, because that’s all this film has."

."Cats. I fully believe that every actor in that movie is in it because of some wide-ranging blackmail scheme."

."Downsizing. Just an absolutely horrible movie."

."Fifty Shades of Grey. I was in university when the movie came out. A group of us went to see it, expecting a 'so bad, it's good' trash flick. Nope! This movie takes itself so seriously, it's just dull and boring."

."Ad Astra. Brad Pitt looking sad in space. That's it. That's the movie."

."Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Everyone was talking about the ending, and I just laughed along, knowing full well...until I fell asleep after 30 minutes."

."Tree of Life. Just three hours of stock footage."

."As a fan of Quentin Tarantino, I have to say that Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood was pretty boring. I fell asleep twice trying to watch it. The ending was fun, and the acting from Leo DiCaprio and especially Brad Pitt was very good, but it couldn't save the movie for me. There are others more boring than this, but I expected more of my man Quentin."

."Twilight. I was managing a movie theater when it came out. I never read the books, but I popped my head in once in a while, and it looked OK. My sister was a big fan of the books, so I organized a private viewing for her and her friends one morning before we opened. I tried watching it with them, but it was sooooo boring."

And finally...

."To me, Titanic is extremely boring. The most exciting part of the movie is the boat sinking."
