People Have A Lot to Say About Kelly Ripa’s Latest Shirtless Instagram of Mark Consuelos
Kelly Ripa shared an Instagram of her husband, Mark Consuelos, relaxing in a backyard pool.
Fans and friends sounded off in the comments about the candidly shirtless picture.
Ripa always pokes fun at Consuelos by captioning photos #daddy.
Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are in summer mode. On July 20, Ripa shared a picture of Consuelos floating and relaxing—shirtless, of course—in a backyard pool. “Sunday vibes 💙💦 #daddy,” she captioned the post.
Like they always do, fans and friends had lots to say about the candid photo. “Floating #DADDY 🔥,” Real Housewives of New York’s Lisa Rinna commented. “When is he finally going to get in shape?” comedian Joel McHale joked. Ripa replied, sarcastically: “He’s gross.”

A fan commented, “I’d climb on that and use him as a floatation device 🤷🏻♀️😂.” Another wrote, “Damn! You both are aging like fine wine!” (Both halves of the couple are 49 years young, thank you very much.)
“You’re a good person Kelly Ripa,” another wrote. “Kelly, you are a giver,” another jokingly echoed.
Other commenters asked where Ripa’s swimsuit pic was, and the answer lies in a recent throwback she shared from her 2008 beach vacation. In it, she sported an orange bikini and sunhat, and, gasp! Consuelos was actually wearing a shirt.

“#tbt 2008 back when @theyoungestyung was a beer drinker 😂 (obviously kidding so calm the effffff down),” she captioned the family photo. The snapshot shows Ripa and Consuelos’ daughter, Lola Consuelos, holding what was presumably her dad’s beer bottle. But her followers were surprisingly unconcerned about that. One brave fan asked the question we’re all wondering: “Beautiful family… but more importantly… why is Mark [sic] wearing a shirt??”
Sadly, neither Ripa nor Consuelos answered the fan’s comment. It’s possible that he went for a little extra sun protection that day. Either way, thankfully, their Instagram grids aren’t short of shirtless snaps of the Italian stallion.
