Paulina Porizkova isn't sugarcoating her fitness routine.

On Tuesday, the 57-year-old took to Instagram to share an open and honest message about aging and fitness alongside a video of her working out.

In the clip, the supermodel stood in a gym wearing leggings and a black Lululemon tnk top that showed off her muscular back.

Porizkova kept her focus as she performed shoulder presses with weighted dumbbells. As the video progressed, the mother-of-two was assisted by her personal trainer, Shelly, who kept her form in check as she used a piece of gym equipment to strengthen her arms.

In the caption, the blonde bombshell opened up about how she keeps fit after menopause.

"Staying in shape after menopause takes a lot of frickin’ work. Especially when you have wonky hips. I’ve had to cut down on my pilates..." she revealed. "What I’m doing instead, for now, is some serious personal training. I found an amazing personal trainer at my local Crunch, Shelly, who alternates hip personal training with strength training."

However, the model isn't phased by her "inconsistent" results.

"But because I’ve been doing so much traveling, my results are inconsistent. So, yes, there are drawbacks to aging. One has to work a lot harder on things that were taken for granted. On the outside. On the inside, however, all the hard work already done is finally paying off," Porizkova said.

"I may not be as strong or as supple or as smooth as in my youth, but I am comfortable with my vulnerabilities, conscious of my weaknesses, proud of my strengths — and best of all, have the wisdom to put it all together and delight in the results," she concluded.

In the comments, fans praised Porizkova for keeping it real when it comes to aging.

"It’s wonderful to see how you’re supporting your bone health, functional ability, preserving muscle mass, and active aging," commented a follower. "Fabulous to see you promoting the importance of this for women in menopause and beyond."

"When I was younger and it came easily I didn’t appreciate it. Now that I have to work at it I feel so strong and confident and grateful!" shared someone else.

"Oh my goodness! How wonderful you look! You are right! Staying fit after menopause is tough!" wrote another.

Last month, Porizkova responded to people who said nasty things about her aging body.

In the post, the model got real about social expectations of women as they get older. She also shared a selfie of her leaning her head against her hand.

"...Even a great photo of an older woman in which she looks 'younger,' society has decided her face or body are somehow wrong — not good enough," she said. "...Prettiness or character? As a society, we celebrate one far more than the other — so it’s no wonder the balance is off. And despite my philosophizing - I’m still battling with it myself."
