PAULA ABDUL: Hi, everyone. I'm Paula Abdul, and I'm here to share with you some items I'm obsessed over here on New in the Q.

There's an app that's fun for dancing. It's called Steezy. I'm taking tap lessons, and it's been great. I will actually hit mute on the television when it's commercial, and I turn the music on, and I dance until the commercials are done. There's times where I just feel I don't want to do it, so it's just pushing myself just do it. Do something. And I always felt better afterwards.

I've never been a big water drinker. I have to have some little flavor to it, so I'll cut up strawberries. I'll cut up cucumber and let it soak in the water. But I found the dream water for me, my Hint water, and it's so incredible, because there's no sugar in it. The name Hint tells you everything, because it's just a hint of apple.

One of my most recent purchases, and I call it an indulgence, the mini Theragun. Do the massage on the arms, your thighs, your hips. It does the same thing for you as the regular big Theragun, but this pops into my purse, and it's been awesome.

I was diagnosed with arthritis about five years ago. I was referred to a rheumatologist, and he said, I want to start you on this pain gel called Voltaren. In fact, see, I carry it everywhere with me. I don't leave home without it. If I didn't use this gel, there's no way I would have a residency.

This is Forever Your Curl, and it's been one of the most exciting ventures that I have gone into with my friend Martino Cartier, who is a celebrity stylist. It works for all hair types. There's five different settings. Look at this. You turn it 360 degrees and slowly pull it out, and there you have curl. Oh my God, I'm grabbing the curling iron, and I'm not burnt. Sometimes, I'm multitasking, and I don't remember it, and I've had burns everywhere. So this has been a godsend. Thank you for listening to all of my obsessions during this quarantine in New in the Q.
