Yes, that really is Paula Abdul.

I honestly had to look at the picture for a few minutes before I realized it was her.

I thought she had a daughter or something.

But nope, that's Paula!

Anyway, I think this is kind of iconic.

She found the fountain of youth.

And yes, it is a great filter.

She's rebooted.

Kathy Hilton, who didn't get the same treatment, seemed to like it herself.

We could all use a little of Paula Abdul's confidence in 2023.
