Paying tribute to Audrey Hepburn this season was a must for Field. "I said to Dan, 'I want to do an homage to Audrey.' Because when you see Lily [Collins, who plays the show's titular Emily], you see Audrey Hepburn. So when she goes to the ballet, it was the right opportunity for me to do that. I was worried people are going to say 'Oh, she copied Audrey Hepburn,' but I couldn't resist it. Lily that strongly looks like Audrey Hepburn, I couldn't resist it."
