Paris Jackson would like us all to know that she’s doing just fine, despite what some reports may say.
A recent Page Six story claimed that the Jackson family is worried for the 20-year-old, saying they think she has “lost it” and that they believe she is headed for a “serious meltdown.” This appears to be because of what Paris has been posting on social media lately, including a video of her walking alongside the edge of a skyscraper, which has now been deleted from her social channels. None of her relatives are actually named in the story.
However, Paris has struck back at the reports. On Monday (April 23), she reportedly took to her Instagram Stories to set the record straight about her life and address her family.
“So apparently people think I’m about to die,” she said in the Story from the front seat of a friend’s car according to E! News. "My therapist texted me about it laughing though, so that’s good." Paris’s friend is shown briefly also laughing off the report.
Paris went on to say that if her family has concerns, they should just give her a call and talk about it. “I guess to the family members that are talking to all of these news outlets saying they’re worried for me: When is the last time you called me? Prince [her brother] isn’t worried. Why? Because we talk all the time. We hang out. If you’re worried about me, call me."
It's important to keep in mind that the only person that really knows what's going on with Paris is Paris herself. And whether it's someone famous like Paris or someone who isn't, it's never OK to speculate about someone's well-being or mental health. The best place to go for news regarding the actor and activist? Her own social channels.
