PA Voters Must AvoidS Sending a 'Naked Ballot' or Their Vote Won't Count

Voters in Pennsylvania must avoid sending in a ‘naked ballot’ or else their vote will not be counted. The state sends out an additional ‘secrecy’ envelope with their mail-in ballots and return envelopes. Voters must put their ballot in the ‘secrecy’ envelope and then into the return envelope to send it in. A state judge ruled that if a mail-in ballot is received in just the return envelope, it would not be counted. To raise awareness, the Democratic National Committee has released an ad in the state teaching voters how to successfully mail-in their ballots to ensure they will be counted. An election official in Philadelphia raised concern that up to 100,000 Pennsylvania voters may have their ballots thrown out because of this new rule. Pres. Trump won the state in 2016 by less than 45,000 votes. This video "PA Voters Must AvoidS Sending a 'Naked Ballot' or Their Vote Won't Count", first appeared on https://nowthisnews.com/.
