Orlando Pride's Ashlyn Harris and Ali Krieger Reveal All Their Hair Care Secrets

For Ashlyn Harris and Ali Krieger, who married late last year and play for the Orlando Pride, a professional women's soccer team, their go-to hair care routines are all about less fuss and more fun. In our latest episode of How I Do, the couple share how they achieve their go-to looks and which products they rely on to get their styles.

While Harris discloses that she opts for a "grungy-beachy vibe, everyday go-to, very undone, very casual but intentional look," Krieger keeps it classic with her "OG top bun," which she usually sports on game days.

To get some volume into her hair, Harris starts off by using Bumble and bumble's Sumo Liquid Wax+ Finishing Spray. "It really gives me that piece-y, textured, wavy kind of look I'm always trying to go for," she says. She applies the product by spraying it throughout her hair, and then "clumping" it together with her hands. Harris then finishes the look off with the Thickening Dryspun Volume Texture Spray, also by Bumble and bumble.

Meanwhile, Krieger has tips for achieving the perfect sleek bun. "A lot of fans and people ask, 'How do you get your bun so perfect?'" she says. "I feel like a lot of people just throw it up into a bun first. Well, for me, it's important to kind of have that hold, that tightness."

She achieves this by first pulling her hair up into a firm ponytail, which she then twists around the center, making sure that "all the little pieces are going inward so you don't have flyaways hanging out." She then tames any finer hairs with Bumble and bumble's Strong Finish Firm Hold Hairspray.
