After its brief appearance on the market in November, the Oregon Goonies home finally gets its cinematic ending. Listing real-estate firm John L. Scott confirms that tthe 2,336-square-foot Victorian in Astoria has a buyer—one who is committed to preserving and protecting the iconic movie landmark. (Though the deal is currently in escrow, the Seattle Timesreports that the home has several backup offers that met or surpassed the home's $1.65 million asking price. In fact, a few buyers are even interested in the property next door!)
