Oops! Ben Affleck's 10-Year-Old Son Backed a Lamborghini Into a BMW
A rite of passage in this great American life is learning how to drive—usually starting far younger than we have any legal permission to—and without fail, eventually doing something mildly stupid behind the wheel of a car. So please, join me in welcoming Samuel Affleck, the 10-year-old son of Ben, to the Fender Bender Club.
Sunday afternoon, TMZ obtained photos of what looked to be a cheery family outing—Ben, Samuel, and Jennifer Lopez were in attendance—to 777 Exotics, a Beverly Hills luxury car rental dealership. According to the outlet, Ben allowed his son to jump behind the wheel of a banana-yellow Lamborghini, which retails at $230,000, by the way. He did what just about anyone completely untrained in driving would and promptly backed the whip into a BMW. But it was just a scrape! No one was hurt, according to an employee at the dealership. “When [Samuel] got into the car, it jerked back and forth,” the employee told Page Six. “We have a small lot, and the cars are close. Everybody was OK! They seemed happy and continued to browse.”
