Some sneakers are just for running, others just for style— and then there’s the Nike Air Zoom SuperRep 2. These shoes can do it all. While they’re designated as a “HIIT class shoe” on Nike’s website, that means you can wear them for cardio workouts and strength training. However, they’re also incredibly edgy looking, and you’ll want to wear them just to run errands.

The Nike Air Zoom SuperRep 2 sneakers have extra layers of support and what Nike calls “Zoom Air cushioning.” According to the product description, this support is made “to keep your foot locked in and comfortable as you lunge, jump and push your way through every rep.”

It also has a big arc on the side that acts as a brace to keep your foot stabilized and a stretchy mesh upper to hold your foot snugly to the shoe. The sole also has a divide right under the arch of your foot so you can flex and bend your feet more naturally while holding a plank or doing burpees.

Essentially, this shoe is made to move with you while providing extra support.

“Love these shoes for HIIT classes!” wrote one reviewer on Nike’s website. “I wear them on all my weight training days. Keeps you stable yet super supported! The midsole has a place for bands to stay secure when doing band workouts. These are everything!”

However, one thing to keep in mind is that most reviewers say this shoe runs small, and recommend sizing up at least a half-size.
