With the fall season approaching and temperatures getting cooler by the day, anyone with natural hair knows that the drier air, both outside and from our heaters, is just waiting to wreck havoc on our curls.

But just because summer's coming to a close, doesn't mean you have to suffer from a hair tragedy come autumn.

With the help of nourishing haircare products, carefully formulated for our many textures, you can keep your strands protected and flourishing, no matter the season.

And luckily, if you're in the market for new staples, the legendary Kim Kimble, one of Beyoncé's go-to girls, who has also worked with stars like Zendaya, Brandy, and Kelly Rowland, is launching her eponymous haircare line just in time for fall.

"I love solving haircare needs, and this particular line is designed to give great at-home haircare, especially to those who have natural hair," the stylist shares exclusively with InStyle. "This is very important for our current climate as many people are unable to get to the salon or their favorite beauty supply [store] is closed."

The line is launching with five key products: the Coconut Milk & Avocado Oil Shampoo, which pairs with a leave-in conditioner, the Curly Pudding Crème, a Repair Serum, a Shine Spray, and the Coconut Milk & Avocado Oil Hair Lotion.

The entire collection is available exclusively at Sally Beauty.

Ultra-nourishing ingredients like vitamin E, jojoba oil, and silk protein are key players in the various formulas. And while extra moisture and being able to lock in hydration are both important for natural hair health at any time of the year, using rich products during colder months is extra necessary.

"Not only is the air outside dry, but we tend to use more hot water, adding to the problem," explains Kimble. "We've formulated the line with ingredients like shea butter, avocado oil, and coconut oil to combat dry hair. This moisture keeps the hair from becoming frizzy and keeps it more manageable."

While each of these products provide a treatment aspect for your hair, they're also amazing for styling as well. Kimble suggests using the shampoo, leave-in, and serum for prep, while using the Curly Pudding Crème and Coconut Milk & Avocado Oil Hair Lotion for defining and shaping the hair.

"My favorite thing to do is add the products to damp hair and scrunch to let your curls or waves pop," she says. "From there, you can style your hair into a cute ponytail or updo — something simple for quarantine you can dress up with fun accessories."

Once you're done, give your hair a few spritz of the Shine Spray, and you'll be good to go.
