Omaha witnesses speak out on shooting of Black protester
On May 30, Jake Gardner, a white bar owner in Omaha, Neb., shot and killed Black protester James Scurlock. Gardner was not arrested. After pressure from community leaders, the county prosecutor agreed to call for a grand jury to review the case. Yahoo News spoke with witnesses who were there the night Scurlock was killed.
