Olivia Rodrigo isn't just spilling her GUTS on her recently-released sophomore album—she's also helping her gut with her favorite fiber-packed snack.
In a recent YouTube video with GQ, Rodrigo highlighted 10 things she "can't live without," and one of them is a snack that's so good, the singer claimed she can "inhale it like oxygen."
What's the pop star's go-to handful? It's actually an accessible packaged item that you've probably passed by at the grocery store numerous times, if you don't already buy it for yourself.

Available at Target, BJ's, Walmart and even Amazon, Rodrigo's snack of choice is SkinnyPop popcorn in its original flavor.
"I consume so much SkinnyPop," Rodrigo explained in the video. "It is just my favorite snack. There's one open bag of SkinnyPop on my piano at all times, on my desk at all times and then in the kitchen at all times. Opened, just ready for me to consume."
We totally agree with Rodrigo's snack of choice as it is a healthy option for when you're in the mood for popcorn's satisfying crunch. Just like homemade popcorn, SkinnyPop is packed with fiber thanks to the whole grains, with 3 grams of fiber per serving. Plus, its simple ingredients—popcorn, sunflower oil and sea salt—means that this snack is well-suited for a diabetes-friendly and heart-healthy eating pattern.
"I truly, lots of days, will eat this entire thing," Rodrigo continued. "I will bring this into the movie theater because it is so much better than movie theater popcorn to me. I'll just sneak it into my bag."
Adding SkinnyPop to your shopping cart doesn't sound like a "bad idea" to us, so why not try out Rodrigo's recommendation? It also comes in classic flavors like white cheddar and butter as well as their Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn.
If you're more inclined to just make your own popcorn at home, we understand. Try dressing up your popcorn with everything bagel seasoning or cinnamon sugar for added flavor.
